Minimalism in bucatarie: Raffaello raw-vegan

• fara zahar
• fara caldura
• foarte sanatos

Contine:
• 3 banane congelate
• ovaz
• ciocolata neagra fara zahar
• o lingurita de unt de arahide
• nuca de cocos

1. Banana se pune la congelat pentru un gust mai intens. 

2. Intr-un bol se amesteca banana cu ovazul, cu ciocolata si cu untul de arahide.

3. Dupa ce se obtine o pasta omogena, amestecul este pregatit sa fie transformat in prajituri delicioase. 
4. Fiecare prajitura va trece prin nuca de cocos si apoi vor fi pastrate la frigider sau chiar consumate imediat. 
Tips: Ciocolata mai poate fi inlocuita si cu nuci sau migdale. O gustare potrivita pentru dupa antenament.

• no heat
• very healthy

Ingredients:
• 3 bananas stored in the freezer
• oatmeal
• dark chocolate (no sugar) 
• 1 spoon of peanut butter 
• coconut flakes



1. The banana must be stored in the freezer for a better taste
.
2. In a bowl- mix the banana with the oatmeal, chocolate and the peanut butter. 

3. After you get a nice composition, you should start making Raffaello coockies by rolling the composure into your hands. 

4. Every coockie has to be rolled throught the coconut flakes. After this you should put them in the fridge or eat them right away. 


Tips. You can replace the chocolate with nuts or almonds. This is a good dessert for the after gym snack. 
Raw vegan Raffaello coockies are a good alternative to a healthy snack and they are extremly fast to make and really delicious.
